Indian Institute of Skill Training is implementing the body of the Ministry ofsmall and medium Entrepreneurship (MSME).

Indian Institute of Skill Training  has a pan-India network of more than 500 skill training centers. 

Objectives of Indian Institute of Skill Training 

The main goal is to create opportunities, space, and scope for the development of the talents of the Indian youth.

 To develop more of those sectors which have already been put under skill development for the last so many years. To identify new sectors for skill development.

Many learning centers in rural and urban locations are set up to provide employability skills aligned to industry needs. There are many sectors & millions of job opportunities across these sectors, where industries continue to struggle for skilled talent.
